My leadership has been pivotal in managing cross-functional teams, driving change, and fostering synergy within complex sales organizations. My collaborative approach, paired with strong interpersonal and communication skills, has consistently strengthened commercial relationships, driving business optimization. With expertise spanning Human Resources, Marketing, Sales & Distribution, and Investment & Infrastructure Development Advisory across multiple sectors, I bring a dynamic perspective to achieving sustainable growth and operational excellence.

With a solid Mass Communication and Public Relations foundation from Bowen University, I excel in articulating value propositions that resonate with diverse stakeholders and align with organizational goals.

Lanre Lamina

A self motivated and consummate IT professional with very strong leadership skills. I have over 20 years experience spanning Software development, Infrastructure Management, Business Systems Management, Business Partnering, Project Management and Service Management.

I spent 13 years of my professional life as a member of Senior Management team of 2 FMCG market leaders in beverage manufacturing and Telecommunication sectors in Nigeria. An Alumnus of Ogun State University (renamed Olabisi Onabanjo University) and
Pan Atlantic University (Lagos Business School), I am a degree holder in Computer Science with Accounting as well as a Diploma Certificate in Advanced
Management Programme of Lagos Business School.

I am also a certified Prince 2 Project Management Practitioner, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) as well as a Certified ITIL expert. He has led a number of transformation initiatives in Information Management, Application and Platform Consolidation and centralization, enablement of a game changing route to market strategy. I am a registered member of Nigeria Computer Society and Project Management institute.

Akinfolarin Oluwaseun

With over 13 years of experience in creating innovative and scalable solutions to improve people’s livelihood, I am a Program Manager at 36 Degrees North, Tulsa’s
basecamp for entrepreneurs, innovators, and startups. I leverage my agile project management and team leadership skills to support the growth and development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Tulsa.

My passion for social change and education led me to pursue a Master of Education in Technology and Innovation from Harvard University, where I explored how modern technology can provide accessible, high-quality, and transformational education to people
who are seeking to transform their fortunes through entrepreneurship. I also hold a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Wales, where I acquired the managerial skills required to support my education transformation ambition.

Chioma Melone

Strategy & Quality Assurance Consultant

Chioma is the co-founder of CONVENIA Limited, an infrastructure development company. She has worked as a senior Executive from a background of Cellulant, Scello, Hazon Holdings & Eko Innovation Centre as growth specialist, she mentors sales people, helps them find the nexus between consumers and in-trade marketing opportunities, create the interactions between sales, marketing and brand Chioma engages with Progneto on business strategy and turn around assignments. She also acts as Progneto quality assurance.

Consumer Insights & Marketing Strategy Consultant

A visionary, mentor and career coach with 30+ years experience. Afam has served in market research and as well as commercial management roles in Procter & Gamble and Motorola.

Afam has also led projects for Richard Branson (Virgin Group) as a co- founding partner in Biznet UK before it was acquired by the Virgin Group. Afam has over 16 years’ experience in executive management, Consumer marketing competence.

He has brought to excellence in strategy execution at MTNN, Procter and Gamble. Afam sits on the boards of Swift Telecom, Ficres Capital, Courteville PLC and the Board of EMG.
